On Monday October 9th, Rolf-Dieter Krause talked at the City Hall Maastricht about the trade of being a correspondent in past and present Europe. As ARD-correspondent, Krause followed the birth of the Maastricht Treaty from a short distance. From his Brussels office and for over 25 years Krause would make the growing pains of the European Union visible for a broad public. There were over 80 attendees, mainly students from Zuyd Univeristiy, United World College and the Maastricht University.
In the afternoon of October, 9th, there was a design thinking workshop powered by the European Journalism Centre. It was an in-depth workshop for a selected number of students together with Rolf-Dieter Krause in order to prototype trust in media.
