In cooperation with the Association of European Border Regions, the European Commission recently started the Interreg Volunteer Youth initiative (IVY).
This initiative offers young Europeans (18-30) the opportunity to work for 2 to 6 months as a volunteer on an Interreg project. In that way, they can become actively acquainted with EU programmes and projects. They can contribute to the project in different ways.
Information meeting
The Euregio Meuse-Rhine (EMR) provides an opportunity for young Europeans and those who are involved in projects within the EMR Interreg IV and V programmes to find out more about IVY. The EMR is therefore holding an information meeting.
Do you want to know whether the Interreg Volunteer Youth initative can assist your project too? Do you want to get down to work as a volunteer? In that case, make sure you sign up for the information meeting.
